Privacy Policy

Website: Zaryad.am (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our service"). We respect your privacy and process only the minimum amount of data necessary.

1. Who We Are. Zaryad.am is an informational aggregator service for electric vehicle charging stations in Armenia. We are not a charging station operator and we do not process payments. For data-related questions, contact: info@zaryad.am.

2. Data We Do Not Collect. We do not require registration and do not create user accounts; do not collect full names, passport details, or residential addresses; do not accept or store payment card information; do not use device geolocation by default. Geolocation is requested only when you explicitly tap the “My location” button and is used only to center the map in the current session; and do not build behavioral user profiles. Data that you provide when making a phone call or sending an email (phone number, email address, message text) is transmitted through your telecom provider or email service and is not stored on our server, except as part of incoming email correspondence.

3. Technical Data. When you visit the Site, hosting providers and infrastructure services (for example, Vercel) may automatically receive your IP address, approximate location based on IP, browser type and version, operating system, request date and time, visited pages and response codes, and aggregated error statistics. This data is used solely to ensure the operation of the Site, protect against abuse, diagnose errors, and generate anonymized statistics. We do not attempt to identify a specific individual based on this information.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies. Cookies and/or localStorage are used to remember the selected interface language (ru, en, am) and theme/filter settings (light/dark mode, etc.). We do not use cookies for targeted advertising and do not share identifiers with advertising networks. You may delete or block cookies in your browser settings; in that case, the Site will continue to function, but some settings may not be saved.

5. Third-Party Services and Maps. The Site may open external services such as Yandex Maps (via the "Route" button) and operator websites (Team Energy, EVAN, EcoCars, iCharge, Express Charge, Electro Am, ePower, etc.). Their privacy policies apply from the moment you access the relevant website. We do not control data processing on third-party resources and recommend reviewing their documents (Privacy Policy, Terms).

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties. Technical information may be transferred only to hosting providers and infrastructure service providers for the operation of the Site, as well as in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia upon duly reasoned requests from authorized authorities. We do not sell or rent user data.

7. Retention and Security. Technical logs are retained for a limited period necessary for diagnostics and security (usually 30–90 days, depending on hosting settings). A secure HTTPS connection is used for data transmission. We regularly update dependencies and conduct technical audits to reduce the risks of vulnerabilities.

8. User Rights. Within the framework of applicable law, you may request whether personal data concerning you is being processed, request deletion or correction of inaccurate data (if any), and ask questions regarding security and privacy. To do so, contact us at info@zaryad.am.

9. Changes to This Policy. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on the Site, and the date of the latest update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
