Terms of Use

By using the Zaryad.am website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions. These Terms govern the use of the Zaryad.am Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Service and Disclaimer of Warranties. Zaryad.am is an informational aggregator that collects and displays information about charging stations (address, power, connectors, operating hours, approximate prices) and provides supporting tools (map, filters, calculator). An exact geolocation option is also available via explicit user action (the “My location” button) to center the map. We are not a charging station operator, an electricity provider, or a party to any transactions between users and operators. The information is provided on an "as is" basis and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Actual terms and conditions should be confirmed directly with the operator.

3. Liability. You use the Site at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Zaryad.am and its owners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, downtime, or service interruption related to the use of or inability to use the Site; for the actions or omissions of charging station operators, or the quality of their services; or for the content and policies of third-party websites (maps, operators, payment services, etc.) linked from our Site.

4. Routes and Maps. The "Route" button opens a route to a station in an external service (currently Yandex Maps). Route building and navigation are provided by a third-party service; we do not control the accuracy of routes or road conditions. You are responsible for complying with traffic laws and for safe driving regardless of any navigator instructions.

5. Intellectual Property. The design, logo, text materials, and source code of the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Without prior written consent, it is prohibited to copy and mass distribute the content of the Site, use the Zaryad.am logo and brand identity for commercial purposes, and automatically extract and resell aggregated data (scraping, unauthorized API use). Personal non-commercial use is permitted provided that a link to the Site is included.

6. Changes to the Service and the Terms. We may at any time change the functionality of the Site, partially or fully suspend or terminate the service, and update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

7. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

8. Disputes. Any disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the Site shall, where possible, be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, such disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Armenia at the location of the Site owner.
